Matt Briggs is a content architect and senior technical writer specializing in AI-ready documentation systems, semantic data modeling, and schema-driven publishing pipelines. Led the design and implementation of structured content frameworks for Learn.Microsoft.com, enabling modular authoring, JSON-LD integration, and knowledge graph alignment to support LLM pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, and intelligent agent interfaces.
